AI for Recruitment Job Descriptions: Organize Conditions into a Reviewable Draft

Employer drafts and briefing notes can mix required skills, preferences, and working conditions. This example shows how AI can organize the fields while keeping questions visible for employer confirmation.

Workflow
Organize job information into a draft
Prepared output
A job-description field table with evidence and questions
Use case
Recruitment-agency employer and job-record teams

An illustrative workflow and fictional sample designed by Atlas Support. Referenced organizations are not presented as our clients, partners, or implementations.

What AI can prepare for this workflow

The scope is extracting duties and conditions from job drafts and checked employer notes. Distinguish requirements, preferences, and unresolved items, then prepare the questions the team needs to ask.

Keep employer-provided conditions separate from the agency's explanation. Retain ambiguity and conflicts for confirmation. ATS registration follows field mapping and approval.

Information to prepare

Prepare current drafts, confirmed notes, and definitions for the destination fields.

InputInformation usedCheck
Employer draftDuties, conditions, location, payCurrent opening and version
Briefing notesConfirmed additions and unresolved itemsSeparate assumptions
Job-description or ATS fieldsRequired fields, options, formatsMapping from narrative to fields
Wording rulesRequired, preferred, and unknown categoriesPreserve the strength of each condition

How AI and the responsible person work together

Confirm questions with the employer and return the answers to the draft.

StageWhat AI preparesHuman action
1. ExtractDuties and conditions as fieldsCompare with the draft
2. ClassifyRequired, preferred, and unknown itemsCheck employer intent and conflicts
3. DraftField table and employer questionsReflect confirmed answers
4. RegisterApproved fields in the destination formatApprove the job description and ATS update

Example: Organizing an ambiguous employer draft

Fictional opening D shows confirmed fields and questions in one table.

FieldDraft or extracted valueEvidence or question
DutiesBusiness-to-business service sales, existing accounts and new proposalsDuties in draft v1
RequirementsBusiness sales experience: required or preferred remains unconfirmedDraft says preferred; notes say required
PayJPY4–6 million annually; breakdown pendingConfirm allowances and included overtime terms with the employer

What the responsible person checks

Compare pay, hours, location, and employment terms with the employer-confirmed draft. Keep required and preferred conditions distinct and avoid adding new conditions.

Before updating the ATS, check the job ID, fields to change, and approved information. Retain a change history and have the responsible person confirm the published description.

Pilot the workflow and include review and correction time

Use jobs the team has already checked to assess field accuracy and clarification work.

MeasureRecord
Field accuracyUnsupported conditions or transcription errors
Condition categoriesRequired, preferred, or unknown misclassifications
QuestionsWhether conflicts and missing details were identified
Completion timeOrganization, employer checks, corrections, and registration

Can different employer formats use the same field structure?

Define shared fields and the handling of missing information, then test real formats against those definitions.

Can the draft be registered in an ATS automatically?

Check the ATS integration and permissions. Pilot the field table first, then verify a process that writes approved information to the correct existing record.
